Informo operates very successfully in preparation and implementation of projects financed from the EU funds, informing the public about the possibilities offered by the EU to the Croatian citizens, and raising public awareness on the current issues in order to contribute to the local community and local territory development. The main reason for these years operational success can be found in the dedication and skills of Informo’s professional team who are capable of finding solutions in the business world and spotting valuable opportunities at home and abroad.
Actions and activities of Informo are coordinated by its president, Dino Babić, a regional economy expert focusing on ICT applied to regional development projects with 10 years of experience in developing, managing and evaluating European projects, also President of the European Projects Association (Brussels, Belgium), co-funder and Academic Director of the European Academy for Education and Social Research (Dublin, Ireland) and president of the association Istrian - Ecomuseum de Dignan.
Bernardina Hlevnjak Pastrovicchio graduated in a master in Agricultural Engineering in the University of Zagreb in 2008, finished Internship and worked as Associate for plant protection in the Croatian National Institute of Agricultural Extension service from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2012 acquired extremely useful experience working as Associate for the project ZOOB “Reducing Pollution and Preserving Biodiversity in Agriculture, Accentuate on Olive-Growing“ and as a Professional controller in “Agri Bio Cert”, Cooperative for the inspection and control of contractual goods in 2012. Part time Assistant at the university of Rijeka in the agricultural department from 2013 and Project Coordinator in Informo Association, Vodnjan from 2015.
Tamara Gobo joined the Informo team at the end of 2015 working as an EU project developer/fundraiser. She gratuated in Cultural studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and started her career in a cultural and art NGO Labin Art Express XXI where she held the position of Civil society and cultural programs coordinator working in fundraising, public relations and on various national and International projects. In 2010/2011 she finished a professional training "European Diploma in Cultural Project Management", and in 2014 was awarded with the EUNIC Cultural Fellowship award for young cultural leaders. In 2015 she moved briefly to Zagreb to work as an Associate expert for the Croatian Cerebral Palsy Association.
Furthermore, Informo has a large number of highly qualified professional associates in various areas and, as a promoter of volunteerism, provides an opportunity for many students to gain experience and valuable work ethics. Informo also became part of the European Voluntary Service's (EVS), and as such has the ability to receive and send volunteers to all parts of Europe.
